1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• معلومات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي.

• بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: نجمع بيانات الموقع بدقة لتسهيل عملية الالتقاء بين السائق والراكب. يتم جمع هذه البيانات في الخلفية (Background Location) حتى لو كان التطبيق مغلقاً لضمان تتبع الرحلة وسلامتها.

• بيانات السائقين: نجمع وثائق إضافية مثل رخصة القيادة، أوراق ترخيص المركبة، والتأمين لضمان الامتثال للقوانين المحلية.

• المعلومات التقنية: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، وعنوان الـ IP.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتكم

• تسهيل عملية الربط بين الركاب والسائقين.

• تحسين جودة الخدمة وتطوير ميزات التطبيق.

• ضمان أمن وسلامة الرحلات من خلال تتبع المسارات.

• التواصل معكم بخصوص التحديثات أو العروض الترويجية.

3. مشاركة البيانات

نحن لا نقوم ببيع بياناتكم الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. يتم مشاركة البيانات فقط في الحالات التالية:

• بين الراكب والسائق لغرض تنفيذ الرحلة (الاسم، الموقع، رقم الهاتف).

• عند الطلب القانوني من السلطات المختصة في فلسطين بموجب قرار رسمي.

• مع مزودي الخدمات التقنية (مثل خدمات الخرائط) لضمان عمل التطبيق.

4. أمن المعلومات

نطبق معايير تقنية عالية لحماية بياناتكم من الوصول غير المصرح به. ومع ذلك، يرجى الحفاظ على سريّة كلمة المرور الخاصة بكم وعدم مشاركتها مع أحد.

• To connect riders with available drivers.

• To process payments and provide trip receipts.

• Sharing Rider/Driver details necessary to complete the trip.
